Dr. Carolyn Orgain is an otolaryngologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center and assistant professor at the Larner College of Medicine at UVM in Burlington, VT. She specializes in endoscopic, and revision endoscopic sinus surgery, image-guided sinus surgery, skull base surgery and endoscopic orbital surgery (surgery within the eye and the sinuses). Dr. Orgain’s research interests include clinical outcomes of sinus and skull base surgery.Dr. Orgain enjoys fostering long-term relationships with her patients while establishing and maintaining their sinonasal health. Finding the underlying cause responsible for her patients' symptoms gives her great satisfaction. Meredith Merritt is a certified nurse midwife at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She specializes in low-risk pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum care, breastfeeding support, well-woman gynecology and contraceptive management. She finds it a privilege to be present during prenatal care, labor and birth, and is honored to partner with women during this powerful transition.
