Meh. Not a satisfactory snack. My original pretzel wasn't all that tasty and my cheese sauce was not nice and warm like they used to offer back in the day.

Pretzels were burnt. Also, charged me for a bottle of water and gave me tap water.... Line (of poor unsuspecting customers) was too long to get it exchanged or refunded.

Unbelievable. I don't understand how they can just sell BURNT pretzels... unacceptable. This would be my first and my last.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Waited about 5-10 minutes for one original pretzel and finally got it and it was BURNT I also asked for regular cheese dip and I got hot salsa dip instead. Not happy...
