The pretzel was completely dry and unpleasant to eat. The pretzel nuggets were also much darker than usual. The bowl, waffle and almond pretzel were pretty good.

Think I will stop ordering from this location. Either they burn the pretzels or they taste stale. They used to be good, hot & fresh. Just inconsistent.
