I would have given them 1 STAR but since they fixed my bike, they got another STAR. when I dropped off my bike I was told that a tune up was $70. When I came back my feet was near double that...

I use to Love the store. If any issues w big purchases. Record your conversations. They don't stand by their policies.

Helpful, friendly staff that took my small order over the phone and shipped it to me in CA. I'll definitely visit Sunrift if I ever find myself in Travelers Rest.
