Oakmont Elementary School

Berwick Alternative Elementary School is an institution that provides a variety of educational and recreational options for the social, intellectual, physical and emotional development of students in grades one through five. Its academic curriculum includes English, health and physical education, science, social studies and math. The school offers various extracurricular activities, such as field trips, camping, artist-in-the-school presentations, and chess, math and science clubs. Berwick Alternative Elementary School has a parent-teacher organization that plans and coordinates learning programs, social activities and fundraising events. Located in Columbus, Ohio, the school is governed by Columbus City Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools that provides academic education to more than 55,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12.
