As a registered dietitian, I provide nutrition counseling and education to children and adults who have a variety of health concerns. \n I became interested in nutrition at an early age because of a family history with diabetes. This helped me to see the impact nutrition can have on health. \n My approach to healthcare is to get to know each person, their food preferences, and the challenges each individual might face. We work together to create achievable goals that can be maintained to ensure success. \n I am a native of Winston-Salem and enjoy spending time outdoors and with my family.
