Baodega is a new all-day restaurant and cafe located in the Flatiron District of New York City. Owned by chef Kenny Yie, it offers a unique blend of dim sum and Shanghai-influenced cuisine, accompanied by an Asian craft coffee bar from Kopi Trading Co.

Combining the best of both worlds, Baodega allows customers to indulge in their favorite weekend rituals of enjoying delicious dim sum and relaxing in a cozy coffee shop atmosphere. From Shanghainese soup dumplings to scallion pancakes with bacon, their menu offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes. Additionally, their coffee program sources beans from Southeast Asia and roasts them locally in Brooklyn, ensuring a delightful coffee experience.
