Dr. Seelall specializes in sleep apnea, narcolepsy and Restless Leg Syndrome.Dr. Seelall developed a passion for sleep medicine during her residency while observing the effects of sleep on the upper airway. Since then Dr. Seelall has been actively involved in patient care, training of sleep specialists, sleep disorders education and research. Before moving to Morris County from Manhattan, she was both the medical director of the Beth Israel Sleep Disorders Center and the associate program director of the pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in NY, NY now part of Mt. Sinai Health System, NY. Prior to joining to Summit Health she has been practicing sleep, pulmonary and critical care medicine in the Morristown and Madison, NJ area.She is an acknowledged expert in the field of sleep medicine and as such has been interviewed frequently by national and local news networks on sleep disorders, such as CBS, NBC and Yahoo. In addition, she has written book chapters and has been invited to speak at national and local meetings regarding sleep disorders.Dr. Seelalls research has focused on novel ways to diagnose and treat sleep apnea. She worked on the original research to validate home testing for sleep apnea. She also received a prestigious research grant from the American Lung Association to study the relationship between sleep apnea and nasal resistance.She says, Never underestimate the importance of a good nights sleep, trust me I know.In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking healthy meals and exploring hidden gems in Morris County; ask her for some recommendations when you see her.

Mary Harris, MD is a member of Summit Health's Pulmonology team. Prior to joining Summit Health, Dr. Harris worked as Attending Physician in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York. She is also a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, and the American College of Physicians.
