The Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer-focused classroom at Metropolitan Community College. Culinary students operate every aspect of this unique restaurant. As meal service is part of a class, the Bistro is only open when the students are in session. Please see our website to verify dates of operation. Both Lunch & Dinner are offered. Reservations are required for dinner. Last seating is at 8:00PM.

Been here several times and I've loved all dishes, and without ever hearing these dishes before. Brought relatives for their first time and they were blown away by the experience. Highly recommend.
