Our gourmet bagels are made from scratch, using only fresh ingredients (no mixes), boiled and hearth baked: the traditional way. Bagel Inn bagels are fat free and dairy free. Our Deli meats are Dietz & Watson lean and lite, and have no MSG or preservatives. Our soups are all homemade using only fresh ingredients.
