The Law Office of Stanley E. Protokowicz, Jr., P.A., serves Harford, Baltimore and Cecil Counties in the areas of Family Law and Trust and Estate Work. Stanley E. Protokowicz, Jr., has lived and/or practiced in Harford and Baltimore Counties over the past thirty-two years. Admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1980, Mr. Protokowicz started his career as Law Clerk to the Honorable Albert P. Close, former Administrative Judge for the Harford County Circuit Court. Mr. Protokowicz is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield High School, Franklin and Marshall College and Mercer University Law School. Samantha P. Rodier has also lived and practiced in Harford and Baltimore Counties since her admission the Maryland State Bar in 2005. She began her career as the Law Clerk for the Honorable William O. Carr, administrative Judge for the Harford County Circuit Court, prior to joining the Law Office of Stanley E. Protokowicz, Jr. Mrs. Rodier is a graduate of the Harford Day School, where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees, the Garrison Forest School, Tulane University and the University Of Baltimore School Of Law.
