Long, drawn out court appearance. Seemed not to know his notes and repeated himself several times. Not sure of his fee but he dug the hole deeper for his client and ended up losing the case.

Many people ask us, "Why use a lawyer?" We think the answer is simple. When you avail yourself of the services of an attorney, you receive: The ability to solve problems, explore creative solutions, and seek satisfactory alternatives based on education, training and vast experience. The ability to narrow and define issues facing you, and to analyze the consequences of various alternatives, including the future of agreements, settlements and conduct. The ability to draft an agreement, or a contract, or any legal document that accurately expresses your desires and intents, and that can stand up to scrutiny in court or in the world. An advocate for you, who has the experience and training to deal with attorneys who might be representing "the other side," or with the courts, the legal system, or government agencies. An expert in the law, who can explain to you what options you have, what risks you face, and can help you find the best possible solution to a dilemma.
