Founded in 1996, Brewer's Alley Restaurant & Brewery is a brewpub located in Frederick, Md. The restaurant serves a variety of starters, sandwiches, salads and pizzas. Its children s menu includes pepperoni pita pizza, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, cheese pizza, grilled cheese and chicken dinosaurs. The restaurant offers cream brulee, cheesecake, white chocolate bread pudding and chocolate brownie sundaes. It serves a wide range of starters, including screamin' alley wings, crispy blue point oysters, bistro-style French onion soup, and black bean and beef nachos. The restaurant also offers braised beef short ribs, seared-sesame encrusted salmon, bourbon street chicken pecan and slow-roasted meatloaf. It serves various types of wines and beer, such as single malt scotch and red, white, cognac and port wines.
