Thomas Kason, M.D.

Hong Jun “Francisco” Yun, M.D. is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, seeing patients in Mokena. He specializes in complex coronary and structural heart interventions, including TAVR, mitral and tricuspid valve repair, ASD/PFO closure, and advanced intravascular imaging. Trained at Boston University and the University of Michigan, Dr. Yun leads the Structural Heart Program at Silver Cross and has published extensively in the field. A former Chief Cardiology Fellow at Loyola, Dr. Stella has presented his groundbreaking research at national and international cardiology conferences, including as faculty at TCT. Sean Tierney, MD is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist and cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, seeing patients in Merrionette Park, Palos Park, and Mokena. He specializes in heart rhythm management, including pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, biventricular device therapy, and catheter ablations. Trained at Loyola University, where he also served as faculty, Dr. Tierney is Director of the Electrophysiology Lab at MetroSouth Medical Center and is recognized for his expertise in syncope, heart failure, and sudden cardiac death prevention.
