Joseph Stella, M.D.

Dominick Stella, MD is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, seeing patients in Mokena and Palos Park. He specializes in advanced coronary interventions and is known for delivering skilled, patient-centered care. Trained and fellowship-certified at Loyola University, Dr. Stella served as both Cardiology and Interventional Chief Fellow. Noel Camba, MD is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, serving patients in Berwyn, Joliet, Merrionette Park, and Mokena. Practicing since 1993, he specializes in radial cardiac catheterizations, women’s heart health, pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, and pregnancy-related cardiac care. Trained at Northwestern, Dr. Camba brings advanced expertise in intracardiac imaging and preventive cardiology. Fluent in Spanish, he also speaks French, Portuguese, and more, making his care accessible to a diverse patient community.

Peter Kakavas, MD is a board-certified cardiologist with Heart Care Centers of Illinois, seeing patients in Palos Park and Mokena. He specializes in cardiac imaging, preventive cardiology, lipid management, and venous disease. As Director of Cardiac Imaging and Clinical Research at HCCI, he offers advanced diagnostics including coronary and peripheral CT angiography. With extensive experience in vein ablations and complex lipid disorders, Dr. Kakavas combines innovative care with decades of clinical research and academic leadership to deliver expert, personalized heart care.
