The school is a part of DeLand-Weldon Community Unit School District #57. The school draws from an area of DeLand, and Weldon and is the seventh smallest high school, and third smallest public high school in the state of Illinois with a total enrollment of 50 students.

Argenta-Oreana High School is a part of the Argenta-Oreana School District comprising of approximately 76 square miles of territory in the Macon and DeWitt counties of Illinois. The school district is organized by attendance centers and the high school is located in Argenta, Ill. It has a pupil teacher ratio of 15:1. Students must earn 26 credits for graduation, courses in government, health, consumer education and consumer education, English, math, American history, social studies, art, music, foreign language and vocational education. Physical education is compulsory. Students can participate in extra-curricular activities such as in cheerleading, soccer, football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball and track. Additional opportunities are available in scholastic bowl, the high school newspaper, yearbook, student council and drama.

Ruth M. Schneider Elementary School, located in Farmer City, Ill., offers educational and extracurricular programs to children from grades kindergarten through eight. The kindergarten at Schneider School provides various learning opportunities to its students. The educational curriculum at the school centers around weekly and monthly themes, such as farms, African safari, holidays around the world, weather, ocean and planets. It also offers sporting activities, such as soccer, chess, baseball, softball and athletics. The school is a recipient of the Academic Improvement Award and the Blue Ribbon Award.
