Went for a Sunday workout Welcoming coaches It's open concept, no AC but they do have fans Definitely contributed to the difficulty of the workout. Would definitely come back when back in Honolulu

Best gym on Oahu! Awesome workouts, even better coaches. I love this gym community! Also has a sauna and cold plunge for post workout recovery.
