Louise D. Resor

Dr. Cusack joined The Heart Physicians, now Stamford Health Medical Group, in 2011. She is the active in the GO RED movement and is well known on the health lecture circuit throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. She is the recipient of the 2012 BRAVA award and is responsible for bringing the “Walk With A Doc” program to Stamford to emphasize the role of lifestyle in cardiovascular care. In addition, Dr. Cusack is the Director of the Women's Heart Program.

Dr. Kyra Floyd grew up in Wilton, Connecticut and attended Wilton High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dartmouth College where she also played varsity lacrosse. She earned her medical degree from the University of California San Diego. Dr. Floyd completed her medicine internship and neurology residency at New York University Langone Health where she served as chief resident. During her residency, she rotated at Bellevue and the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System in addition to NYU Langone’s Tisch Hospital. She continued her fellowship training in movement disorders at NYU Langone’s Marlene and Paolo Fresco Institute for Parkinson’s and Movement Disorders. Dr. Floyd currently lives in Wilton with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, baking, cycling, and traveling.

Dr. David Weinstein, a board-certified OB/GYN, has delivered over 10,000 babies in his career. He specializes in caring for women experiencing high risk pregnancy and providing minimally invasive care for gynecological problems. After completing his residency, Dr. Weinstein served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Medical Corp for two years. He also previously served as an assistant clinical professor at Cornell Medical Center for 30 years. Dr. Weinstein chose to practice obstetrics and gynecology because he believes it is the best job in the world and that there is nothing happier than delivering a baby. He believes all doctors should strive for excellence in their careers and that patients always come first. He and the other physicians in his practice are available to patients 24 hours per day. Dr. Weinstein has repeatedly won awards for his outstanding patient care, including the Castle Connolly “Best Doctors in America” from 2006 to 2017, “America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists,” “Best Doctors in New York Metropolitan Area,” “Best Doctors in Fairfield County” and Marquis’s “Who’s Who” Lifetime Achievement Award in Obstetrics and Gynecology. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Weinstein enjoys travelling.
