I've had Buscados a few times and my favorites are their suadero and pastor. The tortillas are handmade onsite and the meats are flavorful. They have plenty of salsas and accoutrement.

They have al pastor on a slow roasting rack they cut it off right from the bottom and they have pineapple for them. Best al pastor taco I ever had. And the green salsa is perfect! Nice and spicy...
