What happened to this place?! The food quality went down. The flavor is not the same. The service is not so good. The broth changed, it's not clear and beautiful anymore, not the same flavor...

Ordered a medium #1 Pho Tai with rare steak and delicious. Perfect flavor, nice portion balance of noodles vs steak, and enjoyed the condiments. I added some red chili paste for a little heat....

New owners and pho is terrible. Broth doesn't look or taste anything like it was before. Been coming here over 20 years on a weekly basis and will not be back. Super disappointing .
