La Smorfia

The word “Pinsa” comes from “Pinsere” (to roll out, to extend) and the recipe was invented by the Ancient Romans. The Pinsa’s characteristics are its oval shape, fragrance, crunchy to the edges and soft inside. Furthermore, it’s a high digestible food because of the mix of three different flours.
