Cencio La Parolaccia

The restaurant was founded in 1941 by Mr and Mrs Vincent said "Cencio", and Renata de Santis who decide to join the traditional job of catering entertainment based on folk songs romanesche often seasoned with spicy terms. The operation immediately met the favor of the public and so in 1951 the club officially took the name "La Parolaccia". The restaurant is now run by the sons of Cencio and Renata who continue the family tradition.
