Our Wagyu Beef The Cakebread Ranch Wagyu are raised in the Japanese tradition producing true Kobe beef, which grades above the U.S. prime scale. Our cattle comes from the oldest bloodlines delivering the finest combination of marbling, size, and overall health, and are raised to protect the heritage of the breed.
