Chicken is raw in my food, I called and talked to a manager and she said it's pre cooked when they get it. Not cooked enough I guess, or could be "dyed"

I ask for a simple task of marking the items, then they dont. Then I see the drive thru order taker on his phone instead of doing work. Later found out the items weren't even in the right box....

Employees were not concerned about custome service. A basic order of tacos and burritos took over 15 minutes to prepare. Order was not correct.

Soggy tacos. Thrown in the bag not wrapped up. You can tell the employees dont care at all.
