National Museum of Military Vehicles

Nestled in a small Wyoming town near Yellowstone National Park, the National Museum of Military Vehicles stands as our nation's premier military history museum. Dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of veterans, their families, and active-duty servicemen and women, the museum tells their stories through immersive exhibits in three major galleries. Currently, these galleries focus on World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Spanning 160,000 square feet, the museum showcases the world’s largest private collection of over 500 fully restored military vehicles. Additionally, visitors can explore a significant firearms collection, including the fully authenticated musket that fired the first shot in the Revolutionary War Battle of Bunker Hill. The Canteen (full-service restaurant) is open with its delicious food when the museum is open. Admission is discounted for veterans and free for active-duty servicemen and women.
