Edgewater Haven is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to serve the long-term health care and rehabilitative needs of the residents of Wood County, Wis., and its surrounding communities. Founded in 1885, Edgewater Haven is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility and is licensed by the state of Wisconsin. It aims to provide skilled care and services to individuals who need additional support and rehabilitation services. The center offers other services, including 24-hour skilled nursing care, hospice care, pharmacy and restorative nursing programs. Its on-site services include dental, podiatry, X-ray and medical testing. It also offers various physical, spiritual, intellectual and social groups and community and leisure activities to its residents. Located in Port Edwards, Wis., Edgewater Haven offers continued medical and therapeutic support to its residents.
