Jonta was very friendly. The process was pretty quick. Yes they do try to up sell you but that's just part of the deal this happens everywhere even at the dealership where I have a paid Warrenty...

wanted to give 0 stars. brought my explorer in for an oil change and box check. they didnt put the transfer case fluid check plug back in and all the fluid leaked out on the highway and blew out...
