Cancelled my Internet. They charge me for 3 weeks of no service, even after the modem was returned. So I'm out $70 for nothing. Crooks. Buyer beware.

returned equipment because we NEVER got the speeds we were promised. bill kept going up and up. then they charged my card without permission for 3 old routers $177.
