The worst customer service I have ever experienced extremely unorganized. Will double charge you and not refund you.

I can't get past the smell immediately as you enter the lobby . moldy stale hard to describe but really awful . We were very warmly greeted by Emilio , he couldn't have been more helpful .

I'm a Marriott titanium elite member and chose this Sheraton based on location and price. While the lobby is under construction, I didn't mind. The lobby was tidy and void of construction dust....
