The L.E. Phillips Career Development Center is a nonprofit organization that provides vocational services and employment opportunities to disabled and disadvantaged individuals. The center has a food service department that specializes in business breakfasts and lunches. It has a packaging and assembling department that provides a variety of services that includes packaging, collating, bagging, sealing and assembly. Additionally, the L.E. Phillips Career Development Center provides printing, sewing and woodworking services. The center works in collaboration with several other agencies, such as the Eau Claire School District, Chippewa Valley Technical College and Literacy Volunteers of America. The L.E.
