Homme Inc. of WI, its Board of Directors, and its 50 Sponsoring and Affiliate Churches, is proud of the many programs we offer to the communities we serve. Pine Crest Nursing Home offers a range of medical care services for individuals and families. It is a 175-plus-bed, skilled nursing facility that provides companionship and physical care services. The center offers Medicare- and Medicaid-certified programs. Pine Crest Nursing Home provides physical, occupational and speech therapies. In addition, the center offers hospice and respite care programs. It provides dental and podiatry care, as well as psychiatric consultation solutions. Pine Crest Nursing Home offers in-house beautician and barber services. The center also provides several types of recreational activities, such as music, dance and fishing. It is administered by Lincoln County Government in Wisconsin.
