LOVE THIS PLACE. The staff is so friendly. Nicole is always ready to help me choose the best stuff for my pets. She also recommended the wonderful groomer, Tess.

We love Pet Supplies Plus in general. This location is great but is often out of our cat's food. Added plus here is the fish in the back and the dog washing area. We come here often.

Our australian Labradoodle was groomed today. Our dog did have mats and was told the cut would be short. Apparently the mats resulted in our dog being shaved to the skin and her beautiful...

Associates lack product knowledge. it took 3 associates to determine they don't carry Health Extensions brand pet food. Cashier unable to understand clearance price isn't a rewards discoun.

Went to buy fish. Literally 100s of dead fish. Asked Eric the Mgr about it and he could care less. I know but fish at a chain pet store is iffy but this place should be banned from selling them.
