Visiting Nurse Association, a division of Aurora Health Care, is a nonprofit organization that provides home care services to residents in eastern Wisconsin. Its services include hospice care, palliative care, home medical equipment and supplies, mobile meals, in-home health monitoring, adult day care and parish nursing. VNA care is paid for through private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and self-payment. Its parent company, Aurora Health Care, is a nonprofit Wisconsin health care provider that offers care at sites in more than 90 communities throughout eastern Wisconsin.
