North Central Health Care has been serving the Central Wisconsin community for many years. We are a tri-county organization that serves a variety of patients, clients and residents. Our services are focused on mental health care, addiction and substance abuse treatment, developmental disabilities care and skilled nursing care, but we also offer adult protective services, aquatic physical therapy and several community-based programs to support our community. Our programs are customized for each patient—designed around their unique abilities and challenges to create a truly person-centered experience.

When your loved one can no longer live independently, Riverside Assisted Living will work with your family to provide the services needed in a safe, home-like environment while maintaining dignity and a high quality of life. With 24-hour nursing staff, we take pride in providing continuous, compassionate care. We offer new assisted living apartments on the lower level, new bigger suites, private rooms and bathrooms (including husband and wife suites), two dining rooms, home-cooked meals, and daily activities as well as medical transportation.
