Lakeview Health Center is a long-term health care facility owned and operated by LaCrosse County in Wisconsin. The center provides nursing care and assisted living services to patients suffering from physical disabilities and Alzheimer's disease. It provides a variety of services, such as dental and optical care, psychological consultation, medication monitoring, psychiatric evaluations, housekeeping and laundry, and medical assistance. The rehabilitation services offered by the center include occupational, speech and physical therapies, and recreational therapeutic programs. The center also provides various recreational and social activities, such as entertainment, games, crafts, programs, parties, picnics, religious services, and exercise classes. The amenities offered by the center include a private visiting room, an aviary space, dining facilities and a chapel. Lakeview Health Center is Medicaid-certified, and is located in West Salem, Wis.
