Pet friendly and plenty of space in the hotel but this place has a lot of areas for improvement. We've had one great stay here and one really bad one. The big difference each time is the staff....

imagine you fly in from Los Angles to the Marriot West, you know its not gonna be great, but you expect decent. then you sadly learn THEY DON'T DO LAUNDRY SERVICE, and... THEY DON'T CLEAN YOUR...
