StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Middleton offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Our personal trainers use scientifically and medically sound techniques to help our clients lose weight, increase strength and improve their overall health and wellness. Our outstanding service and proven methods have earned our studio the Best of Middleton awards for 2011, 2012 and 2013. We provide services in all aspects of personal training, including in home personal training, small group fitness classes, boot camp classes, weight loss, training for triathlons, marathons, strength training, and diet and nutrition. We use a combination of traditional training and the latest techniques to help you achieve your specific goals, whether you want to increase strength, improve cardiovascular health, lose weight, or train for a marathon. We understand that every individual is unique with their fitness level, limitations and goals. So we will set up a program that is specific for just you.
