Margaret Powell, MD

Dr. Wolf is board certified in ophthalmology. He received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan. He completed his internship at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, his residency at the University of Iowa and his fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Dr. Wolf specializes in medical and surgical diseases of the vitreous and retina, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, macular diseases and retinal detachment. Dr. Wolf is a Clinical Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Dr. Wolf is a member of the American Society of Retinal Specialists and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is also an instructor for Orbis International – a nonprofit organization that works to prevent and treat blindness through hands-on training, public health education, improved access to quality eye care, advocacy and partnerships with local health care organizations. In his free time, Dr. Wolf enjoys hockey, hiking and biking.

Dr. Croasdale is board certified in ophthalmology. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Brown University and received his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He completed his internship at the University of North Carolina, his residency at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Dr Croasdale’s areas of interest include corneal transplants, external diseases, refractive surgery, and routine and complex cataract surgery. Dr. Croasdale was the first surgeon to implant the CUSTOMFLEX® ARTIFICIALIRIS in WI. This procedure is designed to improve vision, photosensitivity symptoms and quality of life for patients with aniridia or other iris defects. Dr. Croasdale is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Associate Medical Director of the Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin. He is also a member of the Cornea Society and the Christian Medical Association. For the past decade, Dr. Croasdale has worked with the Eye Bank Association of America on both the Medical Advisory and Accreditation Boards. Dr. Croasdale received an achievement award from the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health for participation as an investigator for the national, multicenter, Cornea Donor Study. “Since 2008 I have been assisting with the establishment of the Eye Bank of Paraguay in South America. Dr. John Rose specializes in Oculoplastic and Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. An oculoplastic surgeon based in Madison, Wisconsin, he performs cosmetic and functional eyelid, brow, midface, orbital and tear duct surgery, repairs skin cancer defects around the eyes and face, and performs minimally-invasive facelift surgery. After his ophthalmology residency, Dr. Rose completed a fellowship in Oculoplastic Surgery and another in Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Rose is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He is a member of ASOPRS, the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He also holds a Master of Business Administration. Dr. Rose has been an editor for the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery and has over 70 peer-reviewed publications and invited lectures. In his spare time, Dr. Rose enjoys competitive swimming, skiing, hiking, biking, triathlon, traveling, photography, and cooking.
