I will give this company 5 stars for how they are with kids, my 2 year old loves going to the dentist because of them. They are great with the kids and get them to sit down and get their teeth...

Unprofessional and rude staff. Loyalty means Nothing to them. Horrible customer service!

We have been going to Dr Kerber for forever but she is so disrespectful. She doesn't even explain what she's doing to your child. I would NEVER leave my child in a room ALONE with HER EVER AGAIN.

They do not return call or answer the phone. Appointments are only during morning (school hours) because the "children are more behaved". Also, the lady at the front desk is always so miserable...
