The Philly is my all-time favorite sandwich - it's just the best I've ever had, hands down. Don't mess around with the other sandwich shops. Go straight to Jersey Mike's.

Best subs anywhere. Juicy on bread that's not hard as a rock. Plus they often donate a portion of sales to a local charity. That's very nice.
