Tosa Skateboarders United (TSU) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a safe and enjoyable skatepark for the youth of Wauwatosa, located within Hart Park. Founded by a group of local residents, TSU emphasizes youth engagement and community involvement while ensuring that the park is accessible to skaters, bikers, and inline bladers of all skill levels and ages.

Officially opened on November 7, 2015, the Tosa Skatepark was designed to incorporate greenspace and enhance the natural beauty of Hart Park, fostering lifelong participation in healthy sports.
