Historyhe Moontree, as it was named then, was founded in 1975 by a group of health practitioners who were concerned with giving back to their community. Originally formed as a collective with all members sharing their income and expenses, Moontree offered a wide range of services including counseling, massage therapy, acupuncture and many other alternative medicine practices. Moontree quickly became an important resource for healing and self discovery in the Madison area.SpecialtiesOur counseling center is comprised of independent therapists serving the greater Madison community. Moontree psychotherapists are licensed professionals committed to high standards. Individuals, couples and families from all backgrounds trust Moontree to provide respectful and effective service.
