The trusted old butcher in Racine. I don't live here and I still come here when I'm in town. Not necessarily to get meat - while they look good, I'm generally too far from home to get groceries....

Thanks to Jay for filleting the pork loin. It was delicious! This was a loin that was rolled with pesto, prosciutto, and parmigiana. Cooked on our smoker.
