Cady Cheese Factory produces many different varieties and flavors of longhorn cheese. The company s cheese is made into traditional 6-inc diameter longhorns and specialty 4-inch diameter deli, or mini-longhorns. The company s 100 percent natural cheeses are produced and sold under customer's private labels, as well as Cady s own Cady Creek Farms brand and factory cheese & gift shop. In addition to offering products in bulk sizes, Cady also provides smaller cut and wrapped sizes as well as shingle-pack slices. Cady Cheese Factory has a state-of-the-art facility that can process up to 700,000 pounds of milk per day. Headquartered in Wilson, Wis., Cady Cheese Factory is privately owned and employs nearly 65 people.
