Chatham Hills is secluded and borders the lush green Ephraim Preserve (Door County Land Trust), providing 26 acres of groomed trails for walking, hiking, and snowshoeing. Our exclusive “Adventure Shed” includes kayaks, fishing gear, bikes, kids’ toys, and outdoor games and MORE – all free to use during your stay.
