Bowman Performance Consulting, LLC (BPC ) is a certified federal 8A, minority, and woman owned business. BPC provides unique social science research, technical assistance, and evaluation services for public, private, and Tribal organizations. BPC gathers measurable and meaningful data from the clients and their stakeholders/customers so that individuals, programs, and organizations function more efficiently and effectively for the long-term.
