Great manager! Super at explaining everything and looking for the best price. We went in on a Friday afternoon and left at closing. We got two new phone and the store was super busy.

Complete nightmare. The rep who worked with me completely botched my phone trade-in and added a second number to my account and increased my bill amount. Avoid at all costs.
