Bought quick dinner for fiancé's birthday for take out tonight due to a big storm. Asked to upgrade one meal with waffle fries and didn't receive them which wouldn't have been a huge deal....

Don't advertise free vets meal and then tell the vet that you can't order it online and then try to charge him for it when he went to pick it up. Not cool
