Andrew J. Walker, MD

Alfredo Mendoza is a board certified physician in pediatrics. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD and earned his medical degree from the University of the East-Manilla, Philippines. He completed his internship and residency at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mendoza's practice is focused on asthma management, adolescent care, and general pediatrics. Dr. Mendoza is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In his free time, Dr. Mendoza enjoys family activities, church, travel, and golf.

Thomas Berentsen is fellowship-trained and board certified in neurology. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health-Madison. Dr. Berentsen completed his internship in internal medicine at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, IL. He completed his residency and fellowship in neurology at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. Berentsen's practice is focused on epilepsy in adults and children, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, sleep disorders, headache in adults and children, multiple sclerosis, Botox injections, and attention deficit disorders in adults. He also performs EEG and EMG-NCV testing, video-EEG monitoring, and polysomnography testing/studies. In his free time, Dr. Berentsen enjoys skiing, golf, music, traveling, and hiking.

Divya Sharma is a board certified family medicine physician. She earned her medical degree from Sardar Patel Medical College - Rajasthan University in Rajasthan, India. She completed her internship and residency at St. Catherine's Hospital in Kenosha, WI. Sharma's practice is focused on providing general care for individuals and families. She has a specific interest in minor surgical procedures. Dr. Sharma is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
