called at 2:00 in the morning and was told that there would be a 2 hour wait. while on the phone, guy answered in a very condescending tone as if I wasn't aware of what I was talking about...

Was supposed to arrive at 6pm. At 6:15, they said by 7pm. By 7pm they said another 30 minutes... never came. Discriminatory practices suspected because they didn't like the zip code the accident...
